The main photograph to the left was shot using my Nikon D40 as the moon was up in the sky. I took the original image on Photoshop and overlayed it with another photograph that I took of the sun’s light reflection. To the same printed photograph, I covered the top with a layer of melted wax (and let it harden) to create this effect. For the pieces below, I focused my camera on smaller sections of the main image and edited them to look like they have almost been painted.
